Who we are
STNC Co. sells topical numbing and tattoo aftercare products directly through this website.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — stock, pricing error, or a legal restriction in your country — we will tell you and refund in full.
Age
You must be 18 or over to buy topical anaesthetic products from us.
Intended use
Our products are for external use on intact skin, except where the label states otherwise. Follow the dose limits and timings on the packaging. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for misuse of a product against its stated instructions. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which STNC Co. is registered, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
