Sixty days
Unopened, unused, sixty days from delivery.
What we accept
Any unopened item in its original packaging within 60 days of delivery, for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item was faulty or wrongly sent.
Opened items
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot resell an opened topical anaesthetic. That said, if a product did not perform as described, contact us and explain what happened. We would rather understand the problem and make it right than hide behind the policy.
Faulty or wrong items
Email hello@stnc.co with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement or refund in full, including shipping, and cover the return postage.
How to start one
Email hello@stnc.co with the order number and which items you are returning. We will send a return label and instructions. Refunds land within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us.
