Short version: we collect what an order needs and nothing more.
What we collect
- Order details — name, delivery address, email, and what you bought
- Payment is handled entirely by our payment processor; we never see or store card numbers
- Email address, if you sign up to the newsletter
- Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used
Why
To fulfil your order, to handle returns and support, and to send you email only if you asked for it. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, ever.
How long
Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Newsletter data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email privacy@stnc.co and we will action it within 30 days.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep your bag contents between pages. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
